There are no returns on any products, if there is a problem with any of your items once received please contact our customer service, ttenalbeauty@gmail.com. Once the issue is known to our customer service you will either receive a store credit or a new product. When hand making all our products we try to carefully inspect all items, even with careful inspection there can still be some miss haps. We take our customer service serious and will do everything we can to assure your satisfaction.
